Annapolis RCMP invite you to celebrate National Police Week and Canada 150 on Saturday. An open house will be held between 10-2 at Rotary Park in Middleton, which includes a barbecue put on by the Middleton Fire Service. The official Canada 150 proclamation and cake will also happen during the event.

Hall’s Harbour wharf work
The work to rebuild the west side of the Hall’s Harbour wharf continues.
The road through the harbour should be reopened by mid May, but work on the wharf won’t be completed by then.
The money to do that is coming from part of $47 million earmarked for small craft harbour improvement projects in Nova Scotia.
