On Saturday, June 10th; the Kings County Food Summit will take place at Acadia U in Wolfville.
Topics will include food security and a healthy food system in Kings County.
The one-day free summit will run from 9 a.m. til 5 p.m. on June 10th.

Valley seniors funding
West Nova MP Colin Fraser says that the Trudeau government is seeking applications for community projects under the New Horizons for Seniors program.
Eligible projects can get up to $25,000 in funding.
The application period closes on June 23rd.
