The arraignment for Bridgewater’s police chief has been put off until July 27th.
53 year-old John Collyer is accused of sexually assaulting a 17-year-old girl between last April and July. He was suspended with pay for 60 days in May.

Windsor men among four charged in Halifax home invasion
Two Windsor men are among four charged in yesterday morning’s home invasion in Halifax. A resident was treated and released from hospital, and police say the victims were not the intended targets. 28-year-old Darcy Raymond Delbert Caldwell and 31-year-old Kerry Lee Sampson face multiple charges, along with two Halifax men.
