57 year old Donald Lloyd Stuart of Kentville will do federal time for aggravated assault due to a stabbing in an Aberdeen Street apartment in Kentville last December.
Stuart will then serve two years of probation, and a 10-year ban on owning any guns.
He told court he stabbed his neighbour as the victim was being loud, affecting Stuart’s sleep patterns.
