People on Digby’s Shore Road are fed up with garbage being dumped.
That road is secluded and covered by trees.
Being secluded, some people dump trash down the hillside.
Everything from used diapers and Tim Horton’s cups to carpets and even appliances have been dumped.
Later today, Annapolis Royal’s Fort Anne will be telling its story with some new exhibits.
You’re invited to the opening of the new exhibits at the officers’ quarters at 11 this morning.
It’s the 100th birthday of Fort Anne getting the nod as the first National Historic Site, called a Dominion Park in 1917 when it was designated.
