Police took a youth into custody yesterday after a report of a gun at Citadel High School.
Police responded around 10:40 yesterday morning but the teen had left by then. They located a 17 year old Dartmouth suspect a short time later on South Street. Police seized a handgun and the youth is facing weapons charges.
A known sex offender is facing charges after a group of children reported seeing him perform an indecent act in Dartmouth.
Police say the children were sledding on a hill behind an apartment building Tuesday afternoon when they heard a cough and saw a man masturbating in the window of one unit. 56 year old James Michael Snow was arrested on one count of committing an indecent act.
