The lawyer for William Sandeson cross-examined a neighbour of the accussed on his memory of the night Taylor Samson disappeared.

Pookiel McCabe testified earlier he saw a bloody man not moving in a chair in Sandeson’s apartment. Defence attorney Eugene Tan suggested McCabe only briefly saw the bloody man and that his view was obstructed by a friend. Tan insisted he saw what he saw.

It’ll be awhile yet before cyclists and pedestrians can cross the MacDonald Bridge.

Halifax Harbour Bridges says those lanes won’t be open until late June. They were supposed to have opoenbed in march but they still need work. The shuttle service will continue until they do open.
