The lawyer for William Sandeson cross-examined a neighbour of the accussed on his memory of the night Taylor Samson disappeared.
Pookiel McCabe testified earlier he saw a bloody man not moving in a chair in Sandeson’s apartment. Defence attorney Eugene Tan suggested McCabe only briefly saw the bloody man and that his view was obstructed by a friend. Tan insisted he saw what he saw.
