The judge in the first degree murder trial of William Sandeson will give the jury its instructions today on what evidence they should consider and what not as they get ready to begin their deliberations.
Sandeson is charged with killing Taylor Samson in a drug deal, even though Samson’s body has never been found.
A Unicef reports ranks Canada very poorly on a list of child welfare in wealthy countries.
The new report from the U-N agency says 22% of Canadian children live in poverty…and things haven’t improved much or even gotten worse over the last decade. Canada ranked 37th out of 41 wealthy countries when it came to access to enough nutritious food. We also have higher than average rates of child homicides and teen suicides.
