A Halifax man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant has been arrested for drug-impaired driving. RCMP stopped a vehicle around 2:30 yesterday morning on Highway 103 between Exits 11 and 12. They say the driver gave a false name but turned out to be 51-year-old Paul Michael Lucas, who was wanted for a parole violation. He’s also up on obstruction of justice, and due in court July 19th.
