A 21 year old man is facing a second degree murder charge after a shooting Saturday night near Clayton Park.
The body of 21 year old Shakur Jeffries was found in the parking lot of an apartment building at Main Avenue and Washmill Lake Drive.
Five men were arrested at the scene. Carvel Clayton will be in court today on the murder charge. Another 21 year old was charged with a parole violation and put back in jail and the others were released without charge.
