A Dalhousie University survey finds almost a quarter of Canadians are worried about how to pay for groceries. More than half say fluctuating prices over the last year have them looking at deals, stocking up during sales and looking for alternatives.

Bikeway Connector Project open houses this week
The city is inviting you to attend any of this week’s three Bikeway Connector Project open houses. Recommendations will ultimately go to Regional Council on improving connections between the Macdonald Bridge, nearby neighbourhoods and beyond. Events are Wednesday night at the Italian Cultural Centre, and Thursday afternoon and night at Alderney Landing.
