Construction has begun on the new waterfront development at Queen’s Landing.
The Queen’s Marque District will have a mix of residential and retail spaces, featuring a ten storey building and a floating boardwalk.
The cost of the project is around $200 million. The province will also be spending $6.5 million to help minimize disruption of nearby businesses during construction and improve nearby park spaces.
