The South Cumberland ER in Parrsboro will be closed from 8:30am-8:30pm tomorrow and Sunday. That’s due to a doctor shortage, and it’ll be closed again next Friday, the 21st, for the same reason.

Vandalism at Lions Park subject of awareness campaign by Lions Club
The Amherst Lions Club will be making people aware of vandalism to Lions Park at its dedication. Rocks being thrown at it have contributed to the damage, and the club will hand out pamphlets during the ceremony on Saturday the 29th. They’ll urge you to keep an eye out, and contact police if you see anything.
