27 year old Melanie Barbara Banita Deagle of Truro, who is charged with arson; will be back in court July 18th for election and plea.
The blaze was at 18 Laurie Street in the evening of May 28th.
She’s now out on bail, but is not allowed to possess or drink alcohol, nor do drugs; and is banned from having contact with four people named in court documents.
