Many of the 10,000 evacuees are being allowed back into their homes in Williams Lake, BC…but they are also being warned not to get too comfortable and keep their bags packed because they may have the evacuate again at a moment’s notice.
The wildfires near the community are not 100% contained and if the weather and winds change they could be forced out again. They have also been warned the fires have profoundly affected the area.
