An east side man has been committed to stand trial on charges of assaulting police.
43 year old Christopher Bustard underwent a preliminary hearing this week on charges of assaulting three police officers while they were trying to arrest him in January. The judge ruled there was enough evidence to go to trial and ordered Bustard not to have any contact with any member of the Bachus Motorcycle Club or the officers.
No trial date has been set yet.
