Dalhousie has given away a baseball and soccer field for the development of seniors’ residences near Bujold and Chaleur Streets.
Dalhousie drew up a plan this year in which it would give away any listed, town-owned land for free; for development.
That’s because over the last decade, the town lost all of its industrial tax base.
