They cheered on the waterfront in Shelburne yesterday as the rusty remains of the MV Farley Mowatt were towed away…finally.
The town invited residents to come down and wave goodbye to the eyesore and served up coffee and donuts..
The wreck will be scrapped in Liverpool.
