New parking and a rezoning have been approved by the city. 35 new parking spaces are good to go uptown for the new Irving Oil office, and 510 Ellerdale Street will go from a two-unit residential zone to mid-rise. Kings Valley Consulting wants to put up an 18-unit building at the vacant lot.
