Lunenburg RCMP are reminding you about boating rules after a weekend patrol. They checked about 20 boats between Chester and Mahone Bay on Sunday, issuing six warnings for Liquor Control Act violations. Others didn’t have a valid licence, or not enough lifejackets. A Tancook Island man was arrested for impaired boating, and is due in court in September.
