More than 14,000 have been evacuated from the homes in BC because of the wildfires and another 10,000 are standby to flee.
Some though are refusing to leave including on some First Nations. They are staying to tryu to keep the flames away from their homes and communities.
Premier-designate John Horgan, who hasn’t even been sworn-in yet, says people in his province must stand togeather and prepare for a long summer of wildfires.
