Pot shop pleas adjourned

The lawyer for two of the people arrested in the pot shop raids wants search warrants unsealed by a judge, according to CBC.

Laura McCarthy is seeking a request to see the information police provided to a judge in order to get a search warrant. McCarthy says that information has not been provided to her yet by the Crown.

Her clients Sarah Deering and Ryan Francis were in court yesterday to enter pleas but that was adjourned until August 2nd. They were among nine people arrested by police when they raided marijuanna dispensaries.
