A colleague of the Codiac Mounties killed in the 2014 shootings has written an open letter holding Bob Paulson responsible. RCMP Corporal Patrick Bouchard says he decided to post it on Facebook after the commissioner’s testimony at the Labour Code trial. Paulson said management was worried about possible militarization of the force regarding carbine rifles being issued. Bouchard says safety should come before image.
