Moncton Magic to replace Miracles in National Basketball League of Canada

Moncton is getting a new NBL team.  The Moncton Magic have been announced to replace the Miracles, and will begin play this coming season.  Its local ownership group features Jon Manship, David Booth and Jeremy Milburn.
