A Cole Harbour man is due in court on old murder charges after being extradited back to Halifax from Venezuala.
44 year old Steven Douglas Skinner landed here Saturday a little over a year after he was arrested in Venezuala on an international warrant. He’s charged with second degree murder in the death of Stacey Adams in a Lake Echo home in April of 2011.
