A fire in Sydney Mines on Saturday has left three people homeless. The fire damaged a two story residence containing four apartments on Huron Avenue. Two of the apartments were vacant at the time. The three people living in the occupied units were not injured. The Red Cross is currently providing assistance to those affected.
