We’re learning more about the bid by Terra Trust/Bird Construction for the former Moncton High School property.
CBC has learned its proposal is to turn the former high school into the new Codiac RCMP headquarters. The developer has been very secretive abouts its plans.
The final decision is up to the provincial government whether to accept this bid…or one by MH Rennaissance which wants to turn the building into an arts centre.
