The fate of the former Moncton High School will likely get some debate today at the Moncton City Council meeting.
One of the items on its agenda is a motion to withdraw a letter to the province in support of a private developer’s proposal for the old high school as opposed to the MH Rennaisance proposal to turn it into a public arts space.
Councillors will also consider contracting out some garbage collection services to the private sector…something opposed by the outside workers’ union.
