A Halifax Regional Police officer was hurt following an incident yesterday afternoon at headquarters. A man was laying in the grass around 1:15, saying he needed medical help. He then got up and walked towards officers, then punched one after being told to sit down. The officer was treated for injuries, and 24-year-old Daniel Angus Ryan of Halifax faces multiple charges.
