The case of two prisoners accused of assaulting Dennis Oland has been adjourned for a fifth time, until July. Cody Muise and Aaron Marriott are at the Atlantic Institution in Renous, where Oland was after being convicted in the 2011 murder of his father, Richard, in Saint John. The assault allegedly happened last July before the verdict was overturned pending a new trial.
