The reopening of the Hammond River Bridge No. 2 is on schedule despite a setback. WorkSafeNB issued a stop-work order in October after an excavator fell through the bridge while doing work on it. The order is unresolved, but the DOT told the Telegraph-Journal the fixed bridge is still set to reopen in the fall.
