A new paddling festival is coming to the island in the spirit of Canada 150.
“Waterways” will take place June 9th to the 11th, and includes workshops and a 17-kilometre paddle from Borden-Carleton to Victoria-by-the-Sea.
15 thousand dollars in Canada 150 funding will cover the paddling festival for canoes and kayaks.
