The judge has denied bail to a Sydney man who is facing drug charges.
49 year old Robert Francis Bennett was charged early last month on drug trafficking charges and released on conditions. Then, police charged him again with drug counts after a search of a house in Ingoville May 12th. So now he sits in custody awaiting his next court appearance June 8th when he will enter pleas on the drug charges as well as weapons counts, breaching court orders and possession of stolen property.
