The Teachers Union will be launching a Charter of Rights challenge to the McNeil Government’s Bill 75 which imposed a contract on them.
Meanwhile, the NSGEU is filing for arbitration in regards to Civil Service bargaining. President Jason MacLean says the union went to conciliation with government in April but it hasn’t helped and they’re at an impasse.
