A former Windsor man will be spending the rest of his sentence behind bars after breaching conditions of his house arrest.
37 year old Jason Douglas Mark Flynn pleaded guilty last September to assault causing bodily harm. Then in February, the judge gave him a 240 day conditional sentence including the first 90 days on house arrest then a curfew for the rest.
Police took Flynn to court Tuesday and he admitted he breached the house arrest condition. So the judge ordered him to jail to serve the remaining 149 days of his sentence.
