A judge has delayed sentencing a teen on armed robbery charges telling the 13 year old to change his attitude.
Judge Paul Duffie told the youth at a sentencing heafing yesterday there are people willing to help him but if he’s not willing there;’s not much he can do for the teen.
The youth pleaded guilty to using a knife to hold up the Second Avenue convenience store in February when he was 12. The judge delayed sentencing until next week.
