The City is asking people to vote online on the names for the new harbour ferries.
The list of candidates includes Mi’kmaq poet Rita Joe, Vincent Coleman who died saving an incoming train during the Halifax explosion, human rights activist Burnley Rocky Joines, Gay activist Raymond Taavel and Ruth Goldbloom who instrumental in srtting up the Canadian Museum of Immigration.
