A 20 year old Saint John man is going back to hospital indefinitely.
Mathew Duke stole a school bus in February and went on a rampage on the west side smashing into two police cruisers.
Duke is facing seven charges but remains unfit to stand trial. Psychiatrists say he is refusing to take his medication or engage in treatment.
The judge ordered him remanded back to the Restigouche Hospital Centre in Campbellton and his case sent to the Review Board which will decide when he is fit to stand trial.
