RCMP found a tractor-trailer in the ditch on Highway 103 near exit 13 at Bridgewater early yesterday morning.
They arrested the 41 year old woman from Cardigan, PEI, who was driving and charged her with impaired driving, a breathalyser charge and possession of marijuanna. She’ll be in court in June.
