Vitalité Health Network CEO Gilles Lanteigne recently updated the board on the government’s plan to privatize some non-clinical services.
Vitalité is against that plan, as they believe they can provide these services cheaper and more efficiently than private operator Sodexo; regarding cleaning and food services.
Vitalité operates hospitals in Campbellton, Dalhousie; Bathurst, and Tracadie-Sheila.
