Doctors Nova Scotia says a shortage of physicians in the province will only get worse as the population ages.
It’s urging the government to focus on recruiting more to replace those retiring. There are 118 vacancies around the province right now. It has developed a plan to recruit 100 doctors a year for the next decade.
