Dalhousie town council has amended motions regarding the lagoon and Brunswick Street.
They want to apply to the Municipal Capital Borrowing Board for money for those projects.
The Brunswick Street project would finish the last third of a three-phase job between Victoria and Grey.
That involves major underground infrastructure replacement.
Major upgrades are planned for the sewage lagoon.
