The Cape Breton Regional Municipality is announcing its first road work street closures of the construction season.
Starting on Monday, April 24, sections of Commercial Street and Royal Avenue in Dominion will be down to one lane for a waterline replacement project. The project is expected to continue through the spring and into the summer months.
