A decades old dispute over who should benefit the most from the Churchill Falls Hydro project will be decided by the Supreme Couyrt of Canada.
Hydro-Quebec has reaped $26 billion from the hydro project in Labrador since 1969 while Newfoundland has only made $2 billion.
