Premier Stephen McNeil says the Atlantic provinces have built a good trading relationship with New England which he expects will continue despite threats from Donald Trump.
The President has threatened a trade war over dairy products which he says are unfairly subsidized because of our marketing board system in Canada. McNeil says Americans recognize the importance of the two-way trade relationship and the provinces will continue to build on it.
