The Breton Ability Centre is getting $173,730 from ACOA to expand learning and development programs, according to the Cape Breton Post.
The Ability Centre helps people with disabilities learn life skills and get work. The money will be used to pay for a two storey addition to the existing Life Work Centre and a new bottle sorting facility.
