House prices have been fairly stable overall in the greater Moncton area according to the latest survey from Royal LePage.
When broken down, the aggregate price of a house decreased 0.6% to $188,797. A two-storey house increased 0.1% to $199,870…while the price of a bungalow dropped almost 2% to $172,461.
