Moncton house prices stay steady in 2017 first quarter

The Royal LePage House Price Survey released today showed little change in home prices across Moncton in the first quarter of 2017.

When broken out:
” The aggregate price of a home decreased 0.6 per cent to $188,797
” The median price of a two-storey home increased 0.1 per cent to $199,870
” The median price of a bungalow decreased 1.9 per cent to $172,461

Nationally, the price of a home in Canada increased 12.6 per cent year-over-year to $574,575 in the first quarter of 2017.
