A Dartmouth man is going to spend his weekends in jail for awhile for sex offences involving children more than 30 years ago.
67 year old Edward Smith Murley pleaded guilty earlier to two charges of indecent assault and one of gross indecency…and the judge gave him 90 days. Court was told one incident involved a boy who was 8 or 9 at the time of the incident in Dartmouth. The other victim was a girl between 7 and 9.
